Prohibited Items in the Campgrounds

**These items will be confiscated if found and may not be returned.**
  • No fireworks, flying prayer lanterns, or explosives
  • The only grills that will be permitted will be those that do NOT have open flame, candles, charcoal, or large propane tanks. Small Coleman-style camp-stoves will be the one exemption from this rule.
  • No generators (RV’s with built in generators that run off the RV’s gas are permitted, external gas generators and gas cans are not permitted. Solar generators are exempt)
  • No gas/fuel cans of any kind (with the exception of small propane containers for campstoves listed above)
  • No Large sound systems (and if neighbors ask to turn it down please respect their wishes)
  • No glass (mirrors are allowed)
  • No kegs or glass bottles of liquor. (Please see the alcohol policy below).
  • No drones
  • No laser pointers
  • No illegal substances
  • No weapons of any kind
  • No tiki torches
  • No golf clubs

**Do not leave valuable items in your tent. Instead, lock them in your car or locker. Sol Fest is not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost, or stolen.

A NOTE ABOUT WATER BOTTLES:
In the interest of minimizing plastic waste, we highly encourage all fans to bring an empty reusable water bottle or an empty Camelbak with you inside the festival each day and take advantage of our free water stations located around the grounds.

If you must bring a disposable plastic water bottle with you into the festival grounds, you may enter with a maximum of two (2) empty bottles.

GENERAL FAQs

All attendees must be 18 to enter.

You will receive your wristband by mail. Be sure to input the correct mailing address.

ECP (Panama City, FL) is the closest, 58 minutes (48 miles) away. VPS (Destin, FL) is 1 hour away (54 miles) PNS (Pensacola, Fl) is a larger airport that is 1 hr 27 minutes (92 miles) away. All airports are near Florida’s most beautiful beaches!

Animals are not allowed. Information on service animals can be found under the ADA tab.

Each person 21+ may bring up to 1 case of beer or boxed wine or one 750 ml plastic bottle of liquor. ​Outside alcohol will only be allowed in the campground and will not be permitted inside the main venue.

Totems are allowed as long as they are not offensive or vulgar, taller than six (6) feet and are not made with anything that may result in injury including wood or metal.

There will be hydration stations on-site! You may bring a reusable water bottle or they are available for purchase at the Sol Fest Booth. Water will also be available at bars.

The Waterpark is available to anyone who has purchased a festival ticket from Thursday through Sunday. Wednesday is only for campers!

Yes, however, PLEASE BE ADVISED: DUE TO HIGH SURGE RATES AND LIMITED DRIVERS IN THE AREA, THERE MAY BE UNEXPECTEDLY LONG WAIT TIMES OR DIFFICULTY GETTING A TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL. WE ADVISE ON DROPPING OFF NOT RIDESHARE.

Yes, The Official Beauty Bar Powered by Lunatics will have a VIP location. Services are not included with the ticket and guests will still need to book online with this link HERE for an appointment.

VIP+ Brunch will be 10am-2pm Friday through Sunday in the VIP barn balcony inside the main venue’s VIP lounge area.

1 per day and details to come soon about where to pick them up. Please note these are only for VIP+ ticket holders.

No, only the main stage will have a viewing area.

Each guest will be allowed to go through the buffet line to ensure all guests can get food.

There will be showers in the VIP Campground and the GA Campground. You can use either and will not be charged. VIP and VIP+ will need to show their wristband at any shower location to use the showers free of charge.

Ticket FAQs

Only guests with early arrival passes may arrive on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 A.M. CST . All other guests may arrive on Thursday at 10:00 AM.

A parking pass is required for attendees leaving the festival daily. A car camping pass is required for anyone bringing a vehicle on site that is camping.

Attendees must hold a VIP Pass for access to VIP Camping and VIP access points.

We recommend upgrading now before this sells out! We cannot guarantee any upgrades at will call. Link to upgrade here.

Wednesday Early Arrival has a limited capacity. You can buy them now and pick them up at will call if you like. Link here.

For people who changed the shipping address on TIXR but it is not reflecting, if your bands do not come before the festival, we will hold them for them at will call.

VIP merch packs will be picked up at the on-site merch booth.

Early Arrival is a QR code that will be emailed to you; it will not be a band.

Camping FAQs

Be sure to bring camping essentials to the festival. Any vehicles leaving the campground must purchase a parking pass and will have to park outside of the campground. There is a general store on site for all of your needs.

There are multiple RV add-on options: primitive, power/water, and full hookups. RVs will be in a separate designated area and one companion vehicle is allowed.

Showers are included for VIP pass holders or $10 each.

The pass allows for the RV + One companion car. All RV Spaces will have room for one companion vehicle and one canopy/tent.

We are building additional powered sites.

We should be able to help accommodate step downs for 50> 30 as needed. Most 30A rentals come with a stepdown as well.

You MUST drive in your companion car at the same time as your RV to the campsite.

Once you arrive at the camping, you will stop at the check-in tent to get your tent info, sign the damage waiver, and then be directed to your tent. You should be able to drive to your tent to unload and then park your vehicle. Glamping parking will be located in the glamping area.
